An Upgraded Single-Tuner Set Top Box

The DVB415 has been outfitted with a new user menu, EPG and recording process to make sure that you never miss a moment! Plug in a USB and an aerial to watch and record Live TV from hundreds of Freeview and Freeview HD Channels across the world!

Easier Recording, Easier Watching

You can open a full 7-Day EPG and explore at will, putting a pin in any program in the next week from any channel! This will automatically schedule a recording for that show. Once a recording is made you can press a single button to open your recording library.

More Accessible Live TV

Not only is the Freeview box easier to control, but it also features support for audio descriptive channels and subtitle channels. These can be enabled in multiple languages and formats to best suit your needs. This includes changing the volume of audio description (without changing the TV volume!) and having multiple subtitle types such as full closed captions or simple hard-of-hearing modes.

Programmable Remote Control

The new remote control allows you to program the volume, source and power buttons from your TV remote onto your set top remote. This means you can power on your TV and select the Freeview Box all without having to switch remotes back and forth.

Tuner R850
Power Input AC100~240V 50/60Hz
Display Modes 576i/576p, 720p, 1080i/1080p
Aspect Ratios 16:9, 4:3, Auto
Video Output HDMI 1.3, SCART
Freeview Signal DVB-T, DVB-T2

Can I watch and record?

The DVB415 is a single-tuner. It may only tune to one channel at a time and so cannot record one channel while watching another. It can, however, record the channel Live currently being watched (as well as Timeshift that channel).

What USB is suitable?

We recommend a USB 2.0 with a minimum of 32gb of storage space. If you plan to record HD channels, opt for larger USB sticks (to a maximum of 1tb)

Why Does the Remote Not Control My TV?

To use the “TV” controls on the DVB415 remote they must be programmed. Follow the instructions in the manual to match the controls to your TV remote.

Where does this work?

The DVB415 uses a coaxial digital aerial cable port and so can receive any Freeview, DVB-T, DVB-T2 channels anywhere in the world. This includes UK Freeview but also Saorview, TNT and more.
