How do I know if the network will transmit or receive?
The device will display a Red LED for Transmit and Green for Receive. When connected through the WR320 you can then use the app to pair any devices that can communicate. This even includes mutliple transmitters or receivers, all marked in the app.
Does this work with Airplay?
The WR320 is Airplay Compatible
I have 3 rooms with ceiling speakers set up. Can I convert them to Wi-Fi and play my Hi-Fi system?
The WR320 does allow for audio over Wi-Fi, and does allow for 3.5mm or Bluetooth inputs. Therefore, if you can broadcast your Hi-Fi through a Wi-Fi Transmitter, which will transmit to everything on the Wi-Fi, your speakers can connect to the Wi-Fi! You would need one WR320 per speaker in that case however.
