Over Ear Headphones Bluetooth

One of our most popular products, the EP650 Headphones are perfect for all occasions. Simply connect to Smartphones, Laptops, and Tablets via Bluetooth or an NFC tap to enjoy Music with High Quality Sound. For Non-Bluetooth Devices, a 3.5mm Audio Cable is provided meaning you can access the comfort and quality at your desk.

Tune Your Headphones with EQ

The ‘August Audio’ App allows you to tune the Sound of your NFC Headphones through various equalisers, and Enable/Disable the LED Lights.

Comfortable Over-Ear Listening Experience

Thick, 12mm Cushions and a Padded Headband ensure comfort at all times when wearing the Over-ear Headphones, protecting your eardrums and staying securely in place..

Bluetooth with Integrated Microphone and Button Pad

The Earpiece Remote Control allows you to move through your Track List, as well as Answer and Hang Up Phone Calls. The Microphone also enables hands-free calling without having to touch your Phone, and can be used with Skype

Lengthy Play Time Rechargeable Headphones

A quick 2.5 Hours of Charge via the Micro USB connection provides over 15 Hours of Wireless Playback.

Please Note: Bluetooth codecs have two modes; A reception mode and a reception/transmission mode. When the microphone is disabled or unused, all the Bluetooth is used for audio and gives high-fidelity playback. When the microphone is in use or activated, the audio quality will lower to allow your microphone data to be sent over Bluetooth simultaneously. If you find the audio quality poor, double-check your microphone is disabled / not being called upon by an app or program.

How do I replace the ear pads on the August EP650?
You can read instructions for replacing the ear pads here.

Why can’t I connect to my Windows 7 or Windows 8 PC?
To connect the August EP650 Bluetooth Headphones to a Windows 7 or 8 PC, you may need to update the drivers of your Bluetooth module. First check for updates on Windows Update, then if it is still not able to connect, check the PC manufacturers and the manufacturer of your Bluetooth dongles website for the latest updates.

Why can’t I connet to my Windows XP PC?
To connect the August EP650 Bluetooth Headphones to a Windows XP PC you will need to purchase additional drivers for your Bluetooth module that are available from http://www.bluesoleil.com/index.aspx

Why does the sound quality change when using the EP650 as a PC headset?
The audio output will change to mono whilst using the EP650 for hands free calling. If after the call has finished the EP650 does not return to stereo output, right click the sound icon in the system tray, choose playback devices and set Headphones as the "Default Device" and Headset as the "Default Communications Device".

Is it possible to use more than one pair of headphones with my source device?
This depends on your source device, but most Bluetooth Sources support up to 7 devices (Bluetooth Adapters only support one at a time).

Can I disable the LED?
The EP650 Lights are non-adjustible, but can be disabled or enabled via the August Audio App.

Help, I removed the ear pads and now can’t replace them?
To replace the cushions, the speaker grill needs to be removed via the clips. Use a screwdriver or similar object to unclip the grill, then replace the pads and clip the grill back into place.
