Although we try our best to make every customer pleased with what they have ordered, we understand that sometimes there are occasions when you would need to return the order.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can request an order return within 30 days of your delivery date.

From there you will have 14 days to return the item back to us.

Please make sure to include all original accessories and product packaging, failure to do so may result in an up to 10% restocking fee.

How to Return Your Item:

     1. Pack your item securely in its original packaging if possible.

     2. Include the following information inside your parcel.
         Your names, address, telephone and email details
         Invoice number
         Retailer it ordered from
         Reason for return

     3. Send your return to:

     4. Wait for refund
         Depending on the carrier service, it can take 3-5 working days for your return to reach us. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 24 hours for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email      confirmation once this is complete.  

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we will check and log your items and process your refund within 24 hours.

• Debit/Credit Card payments: Refunds can take 5-7 working days to appear in your account.
• PayPal payments: Refunds are instantly returned to your PayPal account.

Important Information:

• You must return your order within 14 days of receiving this email.
• Missing information may cause delays in processing your refund.
• Keep your postage receipt in case of missing parcels; it must clearly show our return address.
• All items and accessories and the original packaging box must be included. Missing items may result in up to a 10% deduction from your refund.
• Ensure secure packaging. Damage caused in transit due to poor packaging may result in a 10% reduction in your refund.
