Manual driver install VGB100
Insert the VGB100 and go to Control Panel -> Device Manager (or Start -> right click on Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager). Insert the CD or download and unzip the software from the website – don’t start any installation or exit the installation window if it opens automatically.
In Device Manager look under Sound, Video and game controllers and the stick should be showing as “USB2.0 Video Capture” and “USB2.0 Audio Capture”. If the drivers haven’t been installed, or gone wrong, it may appear here or under other devices possibly with a warning triangle next to it. To confirm it’s the correct device, right click on the “USB2.0 Video Capture” device and select Properties -> Details (tab) -> Property, Hardware Ids (drop down) and the Value should contain “VID_1F4D&PID_0102”.
Continue only if the right device has been found where the VID and PID numbers are correct. Right click on the “USB2.0 Video Capture” (or device where “VID_1F4D&PID_0102” is seen) and select “Update Driver Software… -> Browse my computer for driver software -> and in the ‘Search for driver software in this location’ click on the Browse… button and navigate to the disk or unzipped software from the website and highlight the ‘Driver’ folder. Make sure the ‘Include subfolders’ box is ticked and click Next. The correct driver software should be installed.
The software shows the error below.

Click "OK" to close the error window. Change "Audio device" to Audio Pin Source. If the “Source” changes to empty, reselect Capture Device as Source.
I cannot get any picture or sound.
Please plug the VGB100 to a USB port on the computer directly instead of any USB hub or splitter.
