Modern Versatility in a Retro Radio Frame
The MB450 brings back natural wooden aesthetics with shiny front grills to deliver a miniature retro speaker for all your audio needs. Underneath the classic exterior lies a modern device capable of Bluetooth, MP3 playback, FM radio and DAB Radio.
Simple Controls and Included Remote
The MB450 is sold with a remote control for navigating menus, tuning radio stations and saving presets. The unit itself also features tactile, satisfying buttons for controlling the radio directly. These control options make the MB450 accessible and simple whilst still providing a varied and versatile audio experience.
Dual-Mode Alarm Clock Radio
The alarm clock function can be easily set using the remote or control pad. Two alarms can be set for different times and repeat settings, enabling you to set your weekend and weekday alarms just once! Alternatively, save separate shifts or use the spare alarm mode as a reminder for various daily routines.
Bluetooth and MP3 Modes Let You Do You
Exploring radio waves is a time-honoured tradition at August, but sometimes your own bespoke playlist is what the night calls for. With this retro Bluetooth Speaker you can connect with Bluetooth 5.3 in moments and play high-quality stereo audio from Spotify, YouTube and other apps.
The MB450 also features a USB port and microSD card reader for MP3 playback. Load up a storage drive and enjoy your playlists completely offline with no phone, radio connection or apps needed. Perfect for camping trips and road trips.
Modern Radio Functions
Save up to 60 favourite stations (30 FM and 30 DAB) to recall in seconds throughout the day. Never miss a news segment, song drop or competition call-up again! You don’t even have to scroll through a list, simply use the number pad to type the favourite you want from 1 to 30.
Prune and DRC functions make exploring new stations easier, as weaker signals and old transmissions are cut from the list automatically. Furthermore, stations are normalised to a more manageable audio range for the speakers, which results in crisp audio and clean voices as you scroll the stations.

Why is Signal Loss High?

When playing Radio stations, the info button can be pressed to display signal state. If the signal is low, please ensure the telescopic aerial is fully extended, and slowly rotate it through an arc. You may need to move the radio itself. Once the signal increases, point the telescopic aerial in that direction.

Can this Radio Alarm Clock show 24 hour and 12 hour time?

Yes, the MB450 can be set to 12 or 24-hour clock modes

What is DRC Mode?

DRC stands for Dynamic Range Compression and is an audio mode for Radio which brings higher and lower sounds more towards the middle. This creates a lower audio range but a more stable experience through smaller speakers.

Can you set the alarm volume per alarm?

The final setting of the Alarm Wizard will ask for the volume of the alarm. This can be set for both Alarm 1 and Alarm 2 independently.
